How we think about comfort

An operating principle, not a marketing claim.

We hear from patients regularly that their experience here is different. Not in a vague, overstated way — specifically. They feel like they have time. They feel like they're being listened to. They don't feel judged about how long it's been since their last visit, or about the state of their teeth when they come in. That's deliberate.

Our phone intake process is designed to understand what you need before you arrive. That means when you walk in, we already have some sense of where you are and what would be most helpful. We don't start every appointment with the same generic checklist regardless of who's in the chair.

We take time to explain what's happening during your visit. Not a rushed disclaimer, but an actual explanation. Patients who know what to expect are meaningfully more comfortable — there's less uncertainty to fill with anxiety. That's a practical reason to explain things clearly, and it's also just the respectful way to work with people.

What comfort looks like in practice

Sedation Options

Nitrous oxide for milder anxiety or longer routine visits. IV sedation — provided in-house by Dr. Will, who is licensed and credentialed for it — for patients who need deeper relaxation. Both are available here, supported by a team trained to assist throughout.

Unhurried Appointments

We're not pushing through a checklist. Appointments are paced to give you and your provider time to talk. Consistent team members mean familiar faces over time — and trust that builds across visits, not something you have to rebuild from scratch each time.
