Michelle Cunningham

Office Manager

Michelle joined the dental field by chance, and she's been a familiar face at our practice since 1999! She is our magic behind the scenes and is in charge of managing the practice's day-to-day operations and everything in between. She loves details!

She's also exceptionally talented in creating rapport with our patients and ensuring they thoroughly understand their treatment and financial options.

Michelle's free time is spent with family and friends!

Penny Neel

Treatment Coordinator

Penny's been working with us since 2021, and she helps our patients navigate their payment options and fit their treatment comfortably into their budgets. She appreciates working with such a friendly team that gets along so well!

When she's not at the dental office, Penny loves to hunt, fish, and spend time with her husband, Chris and two boys Lawson and Jase. A fun fact that people may not know about Penny is that she grew up playing baseball with the boys!

Jordan Jones

Appointment Coordinator

As our Appointment Coordinator, Jordan enjoys connecting with patients and helping each day at our office run seamlessly. She genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Outside of the office, Jordan loves traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Fun Fact: She is the oldest sibling and has two younger brothers!

Emily Skelton

Dental Hygienist

Emily started in the dental field in 2014 as an assistant. She became a hygienist in 2019 and has been with our dental practice since 2022. Her primary goal is to ensure that her patients feel comfortable in the dental chair by providing gentle, painless care.

When she's not caring for patients, Emily most enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, her family keeps her sane. When not with her family, Emily enjoys baking and reading. A fun fact that people might not know about Emily is that she listens to heavy metal music!

Marlena Champion

Hygienist / Assistant

Marlena has been in the dental field since 2018. Her favorite part of the job is providing exceptional patient care in such a fun working environment!

Marlena loves spending time being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two kids, McKinnley and Easton.

A fun fact about Marlena that people might not know is she's a bookworm when it comes to romance & true crime stories.

Ansley Hobbs

Dental Assistant

Ansley has been in the dental field since 2022 and enjoys helping create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. She loves being part of a team that works together to provide great care.

Outside of the office, Ansley enjoys hunting, traveling, reading, and spending boat days with her husband, Payne, and their red Golden Retriever, Goose. A fun fact about Ansley is that she's all about helping people feel confident, whether it's through a healthy smile or a great spray tan.

Christian Clements

Dental Assistant

Christian has been in the dental field since 2016. She was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after having anxiety at the dentist as a child, and having a kind dental assistant help alleviate her fears. Now, she enjoys doing the same for her patients, helping them feel comfortable in the dental chair.

When she's not at the dental office, Christian enjoys reading, attending Alabama gymnastics meets and Alabama football and softball games, traveling, and shopping. A fun fact that people may not know about Christian is that she coaches gymnastics.

Candice Dockery

Dental Hygienist

Candice has been a dedicated member of the dental community for 24 years and has proudly worked as a hygienist for the past 20 years. Originally from Berry, Alabama, she loves building relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident about their smiles.

Outside of the office, Candice enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything Alabama-related! She has been married to her husband, Michael, for 14 years, and together they have a daughter, Camden. Their family also includes two beloved Aussiedoodles.

A fun fact about Candice is that she loves collecting T-shirts! Her favorite color is green, and when she's not caring for patients, you'll most likely find her enjoying time with the people and pets she loves most.

Romie

Dental Assistant

Romie has been a valued dental assistant for the past two years. She loves being part of the dental team and helping make each patient's experience a positive one.

Originally from Berry, Alabama, Romie enjoys spending her free time hanging out with her family and her son. A fun fact about Romie is that she is the youngest of nine siblings! Her favorite colors are red and purple.

When she's not at the office, you can usually find Romie enjoying quality time with the people she loves most.
