Insurance Options
We'll check your coverage before treatment begins so you know exactly what to expect. We believe every patient deserves to know what to expect financially before treatment starts.
How it works here
We verify your benefits before your visit.
Dental insurance can vary significantly by plan — what's covered, at what percentage, what the annual maximum is, and what's excluded. We don't make assumptions about what your plan covers.
When you call to schedule, just have your insurance card and information handy. We'll contact your carrier, verify your benefits, and share what we find with you before your appointment. No surprises at checkout.
Insurance commonly helps cover preventive care — routine cleanings, exams, and X-rays. Coverage for restorative work varies by plan. Whatever applies to your situation, we'll walk through it with you first.
Meet Penny
Your guide to coverage and cost.
Penny Neel is our Treatment Coordinator, and she's been helping patients navigate the financial side of their dental care since 2021. Her job is to make sure you understand your coverage and your options before a single procedure begins.
She'll review what your insurance covers, explain how treatment costs break down, and help you find a payment approach that works for your budget. If you have a question about cost or coverage, Penny is the right person to ask.
You can connect with Penny before or after your appointment — just ask when you call.
No dental insurance?
You still have options.
Not having dental insurance doesn't mean not having access to care. We work with uninsured patients to find payment approaches that fit their situations — including patient financing options to help spread costs over time.
We work with uninsured patients in the same manner as insured patients: going through what treatment involves, what it costs, and what options are available. The goal is the same — that you know what you're committing to before you commit.
If cost is a concern, say so when you call. It's a normal thing to talk about, and it helps us help you.
Common questions
Insurance questions we hear often.
- Do you accept my insurance?
- The easiest way to know is to call us with your carrier information. We'll check your benefits directly and let you know what's covered. Specific carriers vary, and we'd rather verify for you than give you a general answer that might not be accurate.
- What if I don't have dental insurance?
- You're not out of options. We work with uninsured patients to go through the cost of care and find a payment approach that works. Patient financing is available to help fit treatment into your budget. Call us and we'll have that conversation — there's no pressure, and no commitment required on that call.
