Payment Options
Our goal is to make dental treatment accessible, not stressful. Our treatment coordinator will review your treatment plan and payment options with you before any treatment starts, ensuring you have a clear plan and feel confident about moving forward.
Insurance
We'll check your coverage with you.
Insurance can help cover preventive care — cleanings, exams, X-rays — and depending on your plan, a portion of restorative work as well. What's covered varies by carrier and by plan, so we don't make assumptions.
Specific carriers vary. If you're not sure whether we work with yours, calling us is the simplest way to find out — we'll check it together.
Financing Options
Making treatment fit your budget.
Dental care is an investment, and we understand that a single visit can involve real costs — especially if you need more than a routine cleaning. We offer third party financing options to help spread treatment costs in a way that works for you.
Penny, our Treatment Coordinator, has been helping patients navigate the financial side of their care since 2021. She'll walk you through what's available, answer your questions honestly, and work with you to find an approach that makes sense for your situation.
Common Questions
Questions about cost and coverage.
Anything else — just call. We'd rather answer a question early than have it stop you from getting care.
- When do we talk about cost?
- Our treatment coordinator meets with every patient to go through what the exam or procedure involves, what insurance may cover, and what payment options are available. You'll know what to expect financially before you commit to anything.
- What if I don't have insurance?
- You still have options. Our treatment coordinator works closely with uninsured patients to find a payment approach that truly fits their situation. Third Party Financing is also available to help make the cost of care manageable within your budget. Not having insurance doesn't mean you lose access to quality dental care — it simply means your conversation with our treatment coordinator focuses on different ways to make treatment possible.
