Porcelain Veneers
Designed specifically for your smile, custom ceramic veneers can correct discoloration, chips, and uneven teeth while delivering beautiful, long-lasting results.
What Veneers Are
A durable, natural-looking upgrade — with results that hold up for years.
Veneers are thin, custom-made shells of porcelain or pressed ceramic bonded to the front surfaces of your teeth. They're used to improve the appearance of teeth that are discolored, chipped, worn, misshapen, or slightly uneven — and because the shells are fabricated in a dental laboratory, they can be precisely color-matched and shaped to complement your natural smile.
Veneers require less tooth reduction than crowns while delivering the same level of esthetics. They're generally recommended for front teeth — the ones you see when you talk or smile. We're straightforward about whether they're the right choice: if your teeth have large fillings or limited remaining structure, we'll talk through options that make more sense for your situation.
The procedure typically takes two appointments. At the first visit we prepare your teeth, take impressions, and place temporary veneers. The permanent veneers come back from the lab and are bonded into place at your second visit — leaving you with a smile that looks completely at home in your face.
Porcelain veneers address discoloration, chips, and unevenness — results that look naturally yours.
Every veneer case begins with a conversation about what you want your smile to look like.

The Process
What to Expect at Your Veneer Appointments
From the first conversation to the final placement, here's how the veneer process typically works.
Consultation & Planning
We discuss your smile goals in detail and examine the teeth to be treated. Impressions are taken to build idealized models, so you and your doctor can agree on the shape and position before any preparation begins.
Preparation & Temporaries
The teeth are lightly prepared to allow for veneer placement. Final impressions are sent to the dental laboratory, and temporary veneers are placed so your teeth are protected — and so you can preview the look — while the permanent restorations are crafted.
Bonding & Final Result
When the veneers return from the lab, the temporaries are removed and the permanent porcelain shells are bonded into place. We check the fit, bite, and appearance before you leave with your finished smile.

“Super friendly, professional and personalized experience. Extensive, thorough, comfortable exam and cleaning. Hygienist Angela and Dr. Vandervoort were knowledgeable, caring and helpful. My dental health was evaluated and results presented by photos taken at the same time as the X-rays — much easier to understand. We established a plan of care that was right for me. There was no pressure to pursue additional treatments or add-ons. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Simply delightful staff and visit. I look forward to returning.”
