Dental Bridges

A permanent, natural-looking solution to fill the space left by a missing tooth — cemented in place so you can eat, speak, and smile with confidence.

What a Bridge Is

A fixed restoration that fills the gap — and restores full function.

A dental bridge is exactly what the name suggests: it bridges the gap created by one or more missing teeth. One or more artificial teeth are permanently cemented into place, held in position by the healthy natural teeth on either side. The result replaces the missing tooth both functionally and cosmetically.

We offer bridges in several materials — including porcelain bonded to metal alloy and all-ceramic options designed to match your natural tooth color. The choice of material depends on where the bridge is placed, the demands on that area of your bite, and what will look most natural in your smile. We'll walk through the options with you and recommend what we'd choose for our own family.

Bridgework is precise work. We use digital scanning and imaging to plan every case carefully, so the fit is accurate and the result is durable. A well-made bridge, maintained with good oral hygiene, can last for many years.

The Process

What to Expect When Getting a Bridge

From your first visit to the final fitting, here's how a dental bridge typically comes together.

1

Consultation & Planning

We examine the gap and the surrounding teeth, discuss your options, and confirm whether a bridge is the right solution for your situation. We'll explain what the process involves before anything is scheduled.

2

Preparation & Impressions

The teeth on either side of the gap are reshaped to accept the bridge's anchor crowns. We take digital impressions to send to the lab, then place a temporary bridge to protect your teeth while your custom restoration is fabricated.

3

Fitting & Cementation

Once your permanent bridge arrives from the lab, we remove the temporary and carefully fit the new bridge for comfort and appearance. Any adjustments are made before it's cemented permanently in place.
